In the interest in protecting you and our staff the following protocol is being instituted:
- All clients are asked to call the office from their vehicle when they arrive.
- One of our veterinary technicians will greet you at your vehicle, get a patient history, and then escort your pet into the hospital where they will be examined by the veterinarian.
- After the veterinarian has examined your pet and has performed any approved and needed vaccines and/or diagnostics, they will call you with their findings or come to your car to discuss any further recommendations.
- When treatment is complete, one of our client service representatives will collect payment by credit card, cash, or check. Lastly, the technician will return to you with your beloved pet along with any prescribed medications.
